The SECOND ANNUAL HOLLYWOOD BRAZILIAN FILM FESTIVAL will wrapped up four days of fun, happiness and film on February 4th, 5th,6th,and 7th, 2010. Guests, filmmakers, film lovers and celebrities traveled from all over the world to be a part of this unique Hollywood Brazilian film festival held at the luxurious, all-inclusive Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, California. HBRFEST, Hollywood-based film festival dedicated to addressing the cultural-creative and commercial exchange between Hollywood, the international film industry and the Latin American-Brazilian Film Community. Our mission is to create a bridge between the international film community and the Latin American-Brazilian film industry while raising awareness for co production and international financing opportunities.
The festival hosted four-days of industry film panels, feature screenings, shorts and documentary screenings. In total we are expecting, featured films from different countries and in different languages with legend.
The Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival is a young, rapidly growing festival dedicated to promoting independent filmmaking. The Festival separates itself from other film festivals by embracing the Brazilian flavor through screenings of Brazilian feature films, promoting renowned Brazilian stars and its dedication. The 2010 Festival will include a variety of screenings of some of the year's top films, panels and workshops that feature award-winning actors, writers and directors, VIP parties and live entertainment. This year the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival will also recognize two award recipients in the following categories: The 2010 Rising Star Award and 2010 Humanitarian Award. The Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival is produced by Talize Sayegh, a dynamic very well known film producer, and knowledgeable in Latin America film festival, cooperating with Huge Film festival like Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival (Laliff) and Rio de Janeiro International film festival, among other.

Irish Pride and Guinness proudly sponsor an Irish Festival to be held at the Brothers of St. Patrick Novitiate, 7820 Bolsa Ave. in Midway City on Saturday, October 24, 1009. It will be open from 11 am to 7 pm. The event looks to provide authentic Irish food and beverage for the public while part of the proceeds go to the Brothers' school they are establishing in Ghana, Africa.

Included will be the classic Irish music provided by The American Wake, The Galway Hooker Band, and the Regulars, plus a host of individual artists. The Ladies of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, St. Brigid Chapter will host a tea garden and there will be games, crafts and bouncies for the Children. There will be real Irish vendors with products of all sorts. The festival should provide great amusement for the whole family.

Admission is $10 for adults and FREE for those under 12 years of age. There is limited on site parking for $5.00 per vehicle.

A one-page Resume/bio (including name, address, and telephone) of the writer/producer/director. One name is enough. If more names are involved, include them as well. Maximum of one page per person, maximum of three names per project.
