We are seeking a Marketing Manager able to execute marketing programs capitalizing on all forms of advertising and communication.
The New Home Community Marketing Manager will work in the trenches directly performing all matters involving the marketing and advertising of communities within the operational region while leading a small team of coordinator(s). The Marketing Manager will provide marketing services including electronic media, print, direct mail, and signage while maintaining brand consistency throughout the company.
The Marketing Manager in conjunction with the Vice President in deciding how best to promote particular communities and their homes to potential qualified buyers of homes and Realtors by community in ways that increase sales traffic. The Marketing Manager will analyze marketing reporting and activities and report to Vice President on ROI. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail oriented, and experienced individual who possesses the ability and initiative to develop, implement and track marketing plans and programs. The Marketing Manager will work closely with other departments and Executives to ensure the effective execution of community and Company:wide marketing needs while maintaining an enthusiastic proactive work ethic.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
:Develop and coordinate production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, direct mail, and signage;
:Work directly with all associates in the company and provide coordinated marketing services and marketing material development;
:Evaluate traffic and age of inventory homes to tailor marketing and advertising needs for each community
:Develop all new community marketing activities including site visits, activity planning, model photography and sales office
collateral/marketing material;
:Provide regular status reports on marketing programs and initiatives;
:Regularly participate in meetings including: sales, finance, budget and marketing;
:Develop sales meeting presentations;
:Develop, prepare and execute monthly marketing plans with VP;
:Develop monthly and quarterly plans for outreach to support campaigns, new community openings and struggling communities;
:Coordinate all events such as trade:show planning and set:up;
:Develop and maintain marketing budgets for projects;
:Manage budget for projects, model furniture and monthly advertising;
:Work with community teams to develop specific marketing tactics to maximize traffic and conversion;
:Create strategy for Realtor Outreach efforts, including event planning and messaging;
:Create, audit and maintain community websites;
:Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs and manage agencies;
:Assist in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services;
:Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives not limited to digital advertising, direct mail, signage and offline efforts;
:Analyze marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
:Stay up to date on overall activities of the company and serve as main internal point of contact for marketing and public relations consultants to coordinate approvals and distribution;
:Work with sales consultants to maintain customer database and the use of internal and external mailing lists for newsletters;
:Write newsletters or construction updates in coordination with sales teams;
:Plan and manage events to assist in sales;
:Develop and implement social media strategies for company and/or communities;
:Update website and social media;
:10:15 local travel.

Marketing Manager Qualifications:
:3+ years of homebuilding marketing experience along with the current social media expertise; incl
