Salary + Commission
This is a Commercial Real Estate Sales position. It will be as an independent contractor with NAI Capital. You will be an integral part of a growing team and will benefit from a guaranteed annual commission AND have significant upside earning potential.

The Owner:User Group at NAI Capital in the Orange County Office is experiencing solid growth that has made room for some new opportunities. We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, coachable and capable sales professional to join our Commercial Real Estate Owner:User Team.
The Owner :User Group is The Entrepreneurs choice for Commercial Real Estate Advice: We help the sellers sell; the buyers buy; the landlords lease; and the tenants find a home for their business.

You can expect to work a set schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00:nights and weekend as you desire

The top three duties are;
1)Lead generation
Outbound calls to 20 people per day/100 per week
Current Database, Current/Past Clients, Referral Partners
Visit 75 Buildings a week: Passing out flyers
Attend 2 Networking events a week: BNI/Chamber of Commerce/Etc.
Follow up with all inquiries and set appointments for Brokers
Schedule minimum of 2 appointments per week with Building owners/Business owners
Fill lunch and learns with 10 participants
Create, monitor, and process lead funnel

2)Buyer/Tenant Representation:Fulfill buyer/tenant assignments
Show Teams listings to prospective tenants/buyers
Follow up with web inquiries, email inquiries, sign calls
Make professio
