A digital marketing agency in Sherman Oaks is looking for a passionate customer service agent that will specialize in business development.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable making 100+ calls per day, working with people via a computer and great at research. You must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage your time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skill are a must, and strong listening and presentation skills highly desired.

Preferred:

Dispatch experience
Knowledge of commercial and residential cleaning is a major plus
Ability to get past gatekeepers and get key prospects on the line
Ability to perform web presentations and in-person meetings with a high level of professionalism
Able to handle initial rejection and turn it into meaningful discussions
Strong written and interpersonal skills
