Looking for someone with call center management experience who is looking for a long term job with the ability to grow with the company. We are looking to build our own internal call center, and need a candidate who is a quick learner and would like to help us build a strong team of customer support Agents.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Supervise Agents

- Run Weekly Trainings

- Constant Optimization of Call Scripts

- Keep up with FAQ reports

- Hire New Agents when needed, as well as fire.

- Train any new Agents that come on board

- Report to Directors with weekly numbers, and feedback.

- Keep full weekly reporting on call volume, refunds, saved sales, etc.

- Come up with Monthly bonus structures for Agents.

- Any other misc task needed done for Directors

Qualifications and Skills

At least 2+ years of call center management.

Two references from previous employers

$45-$50 / Hr
