I'm a small business owner (Private Investigator) in need of a small office space in down town Los Angeles. I would like an office approximately 300 sq feet to 400 sq feet to fit two desks, a file cabinet, and a printer. Outside of that, I need high speed internet access which I'm willing to pay for if it doesn't already exist and I'd hope for 24hour access. Outside of that, anything else would be a bonus. I'm truly simple and require nothing further; parking, meeting rooms, free coffee, etc...

PLEASE NOTE: I'm not willing to pay the exorbitant prices of the new and trendy "open office or executive suits" I'm doing what I can to avoid that overpriced small biz trap.

I would also consider joining up with an attorney, insurance adjuster, paralegals, sales reps or other small biz professionals to locate and split a larger office. I've seen a few deals in DTLA but they are slightly larger than I'd like since it's just myself and an assistant.
