Job Description:
This position is primarily front desk reception with multiple phone lines, and also includes filing and scanning, TAX RETURN ASSEMBLY (we will train), customer service (on the phone & in person), multiple/various administrative tasks. The receptionist provides office-wide administrative support. It is a busy office with a variety of functions. High level customer service is a priority. Great attitude and attention to detail is critical. This is a permanent, full-time position; health, dental and vision benefits offered after 90 days of full-time employment. Comments:
The right person for this position demonstrates a high level of customer service at all times, is a team player, and can work well under pressure. A customer service background is a big plus! We are a tax firm - during our busy season, overtime is required (evening and some weekend).
