A large asset management firm is in need of a temporary to full time front desk coordinator. This is a newly created role due to growth and responsibilities will be shared with another front desk coordinator. Duties include answering phones, scheduling using outlook, distributing mail and newspapers, and a variety of other administrative tasks. A friendly demeanor is a must and the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent customer service skills and prior desk experience is a must. Hours for this role are somewhat flexible, 7:30 - 4 or 8 - 5 most likely. The company offers excellent perks and great growth opportunity. This role pays $40 - $50K once full-time dependent on experience. The is a highly visible role in a corporate environment.
