A growing solar company in Southern California is looking for the right people to help move forward our dream of cleaner energy and greener earth.

Our Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience, both internally and externally, while exceeding performance targets.

Daily tasks include: introductory calls to customers, project updates, production verification, processing change orders, gaining customer approval of plans, facilitating HOA approval, and general interdepartmental communication.
Success in the position is measured by: throughput, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is desired
• Previous experience in residential solar preferred
• Basic knowledge of residential construction preferred
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently to proactively resolve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google apps
Physical Demands:
• Ability to perform normal office duties
• Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work
• Ability to interact and participate in meetings
