Part- Time - office assistant/clerk/bookkeeper ( Culver City vicinity )

We need a regular weekly or bi weekly assistant / clerk to help push the paper through. Good position to fill in on your day off from your main job.

Small Real Estate Management Firm is seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to work 3 or 4 + Hours a week, on a Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday. Day and hours set to fit in on your schedule. Suggest as needed.

Duties include:
• Data entry, payables, tenant receivables etc.
• General bookkeeping using a Quickbooks type program.
• Filing, shredding, and mail handling.

Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
• Prior experience in an office environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Quickbooks a plus
• Ability to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment
• Fast Learner
• Strong organization skills
• Some college education preferred

If you have a part time job and want a little more work at another part time place, then this task will add to your bottom line and keep you productive. Work load can go up some in tax season & 1099’s are needed.
