We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to CEO. The right candidates for this position will have high energy and a strong drive to succeed. Overall, we are looking for positive, solutions-oriented, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change. This is a full time job.

Key Responsibilities:

Attending and taking notes at company meetings, special events and business appointments
Arranging national/international travel itineraries and accommodations
Managing documentation and client files
Ability to act independently within established guidelines, maintain confidential information and materials, exercise judgment, tact and diplomacy.
Create, edit and prepare professional and sophisticated presentations that will be a contribution to your team's success.
Aiding in the completion of all goals, tasks, and assignments within the responsibility of the Executive
Organizing and planning events both personal and business related
Assist with errands and special projects as assigned
Handles professional documents and correspondence
Troubleshoot issues as needed.


Experience is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and efficient
Professional demeanor and appearance
Proficient computer skills
Ability to multitask and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Clean driving record and a reliable car.

This position is located in Woodland Hills.
