Photography equipment rental studio in Hollywood is looking to fill an Office Manager/reception/billing position.This is a full-time office position, typical hours are 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

On any given day, multiple requests for estimates come through and equipment is leaving and returning to our warehouse. We need someone who is punctual, flexible and friendly. Our clientele is very critical of even the smallest details, so the ideal candidate must be as well. An average day for this position is answering the phones, directing calls, monitoring your email, invoicing clients when jobs are completed and collecting payments in Quickbooks. Light bookkeeping and scanning receipts required as necessary so experience with Quickbooks is a plus. There will be introductory training with our rental software and office procedures so you can be set up for success.

Job responsibilities:

✔ Manage phones, email correspondence

✔ Keep Calendars up to date

✔ Payroll submission (collecting time cards, entering hours into online system)

✔ Office Inventory and minor cleaning/tidying up

✔ Receive and authorize payments (Basic knowledge of Quickbooks preferred)

*Light Bookkeeping* (Scanning receipts, importing bank transactions online into Quickbooks)

Creating invoices and estimates for clients using our Flex Software

Compensation: DOE

Requirements

Ideal candidate will be:

Looking for full-time, long-term employment
Comfortable using a Mac computer
Has the ability to learn or already has Quickbooks training
Potentially interested in the Photography Industry
Desire to learn and grow with the company
Knowledge of rental software not necessary, but a plus
Sales experience a plus
