Responsibilities & Duties

* Perform due diligence related to existing and prospective clients.

* Actively manage, grow, and develop a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial (\"C&I\") loans.

* Participate in and follow relationship development activities.

* Act as liaison internally and externally to facilitate opportunities.

* Assist in approval, documenting, booking, and ongoing management of C&I loans.

* Develop knowledge of the bank, industry, credit and marketing activities.

* Develop responsibility for business origination as RM(s) deems appropriate.

* Attend client meetings as they occur, when appropriate, to observe the RM(s) and develop real world knowledge of relationship development and relationship management.

* Other tasks as directed by RM(s)
