She designed a unique treatment curriculum based on the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) method and built an organization of dedicated and trained staff. Currently CARD has over 150 centers across the U.S. CARD’s goal is to become the worldwide leader of top-quality autism treatments.

DESCRIPTION

The Facilities Administrative Assistant will work under the supervision of the Operations senior management team. The Facilities Administrative Assistant will work closely with CARD satellite centers, academies and departments to provide them support and assistance with their facility needs. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

DUTIES & REPSONSIBILITIES

Implement and represent CARD policy enthusiastically

Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders

Prepare standard center, clinic and academy facility orders based on CARD standard

Track center, clinic and academy facility needs and orders

Work closely with local staff when launching new sites

Track facility expenses

Coordinate meetings; occasionally run errands (communicate itineraries, set up phone conferences)

Assist operations team with new facility projects

Provide regular project communications to leadership committees via monthly meetings, phone conferences and emails

Handle local center, clinic and academy facility and maintenance requests in a timely manner

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated excellent written and communication skills

Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint necessary

Experience with Customer Service whether the “customer” is internal or external
