Job Description:/h3:
Full:time position
Thisposition will assist in daily scheduling, answering phone inquiries, social media and everyday operations of 2 growing businesses. Must have computer skills, show initiative and be quick learner with a positive attitude.
Skills Desired
:Computer proficiency including word, spreadsheets, and using standard software applications.
:Knowledge of social media avenues and marketing for business
:Ability to multi:task and be proactive and self:sufficient when it comes to performing daily tasks.
:Ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.
:Ability to analyze and solve problems.
:Ability to organize, coordinate, and establish priorities.
:Ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously.
:Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
:Ability to develop and maintain files and records.
:Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
:Ability to use (and troubleshoot) copiers, scanners, computers and office equipment in general
:Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
:Skills in the use of operating basic office equipment.
:Excellent attention to detail.
:Excellent customer service skills is a must
:Experience with insurance is a plus.
