About the Job

Administrative Assistant

Company located in South Orange County.

We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant.

This person will work directly with under the supervision of HR

Basic Job Functions:

Perform general administrative duties such as phones, filing, typing, data entry,
Provide support for operations

Drafting correspondence

Handling confidential information

Help with sales reporting
Other special projects and duties as required

Minimum Requirements:

At least three years secretarial/administrative work experience required supporting executives
PC literacy: MS Word, Excel (expert), Outlook, and Access (preferable, not required).

Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to multi-task and balance multiple assignments

Proofreading skills with a high level of attention to detail
Self-starter with a high level of motivation, integrity and the ability to work independently
Professional approach, utilizing good judgment and creative problem solving
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and a team player
