What’s the job all about?
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about administrative work? As the Administrative Assistant, you will work with the Servi-Tek team to keep the office running smoothly. This position will be responsible for the new hire onboarding process, responding to new and current employee needs, payroll, and personnel changes. Additionally, this position will prepare proposals and schedule industry events. If you’re customer service oriented and want to be part of a team used to exceeding expectations, then we want to talk to you!

What are the details?

● High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required
● 2-Year Degree – Preferred

● 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
● Previous operations experience
● Previous experience in the building service industry a plus

● Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
