Full Job Description:

We are in need of a trainable Administrative Assistant to join our team;

Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS word & excel proficient
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Exceptional organizational skills & attention to details
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure


Duties:
• Answer phones and take messages accurately
• Filing, data entry, photocopying
• Ordering supplies
• Schedule appointments
• Performs admin/ clerical duties as assigned

Requirement:
• High school diploma or GED/ recent graduates welcome to apply
• 0-1 years of Admin, customer service, clerica experience.
