The Payments Solutions Administrative Assistant will be the point of contact in coordinating the administrative tasks for the department. With direction from the EVP of PSD, performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and assigned special department projects

Location: 12121 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90025

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Other Duties May Be Assigned)

* Organize and schedule appointments/meetings for EVP

* Book travel arrangements

* Reconcile and submit expense reports

* Coordinate meetings, agendas and meeting minutes

* Answer and direct phone calls and emails

* Prepare reports or other proprietary systems

* Write and distribute emails, letters and forms

* Develop and maintain filing system

* Assist with maintenance of office and department policies and procedures

* Order office supplies for department

* Maintain contact list Provide general support to clients, vendors and guests

* Act as point of contact for internal and external clients

* Work with other to handle requests and inquiries

* Assist with tracking projects and audits or audit exceptions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training/Experience:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of banking operations experience,

Desirable: Bachelor's degree. 5 years Administrative Assistant experience
