Job Description
Expert Purchasing Agent or Buyer Looking for the Next Challenge

We are looking for an experienced buyer/purchasing agent with deep industry knowledge, especially regarding the often complex bidding processes by which contracts are awarded, rescinded or rejected in this highly competitive, price-sensitive business, someone who has enjoyed success but who is looking for a new challenge.

What we are offering is the opportunity to play a more dynamic role, this time on the other side of the transaction, the sell side, enabling us to stay one step ahead, using your insight to function as a research analyst who already has a sixth sense for where the next opportunities are coming from.

You are uniquely capable of functioning in this role, because you've been on the other side. You know how it works.

Therefore, in addition to having industry familiarity and a penchant for discovering those nuggets of insight that are often not obvious - a detective's instincts - the ideal candidate will be proficient in data assimilation for information obtained from both established, proprietary and, sometimes, more discreet sources of information to effectively keep us ahead of demand.
