We are looking to bring on 2-3 qualified people who are willing to learn our industry and take a role as a financial educator and consultant within our firm to assist clients in their financial decisions. We have both part-time and full-time positions available.

We are also looking for the right people to grow into our senior management positions to be responsible for supervising their own division within our firm, as we only promote from within. If you are looking to get exceptional coaching and training, work your way up and manage, train and supervise your own division, you may be a good fit for this route.

NOTE: Cold-calling, telemarketing and door-knocking are absolutely not part of this position. If you are looking to work in a call center then this is not the right position for you. This is also not an accounting position.

The financial services industry is experiencing record growth rates. Over the next 15 years, almost 70 million American workers will be retiring (Baby Boomer generation) and are in great need of professional guidance when it comes to properly handling their finances. In addition, the Millennial generation (now the largest demographic in the U.S. with over 75 million) has been thrown into the work-force with very little personal finance education and no idea how to save and prepare for the future. America is in its worst retirement crisis to date:

- 7 out of 10 Americans have less than $1000 in savings
- 76% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck
- Less than 10% of workers receive pensions from their employers, as the burden for retirement savings has shifted from the employer to the employee
- 80% of Americans between the ages of 30 and 54 believe they will not have enough saved for retirement

What we are looking for:

- Customer Service, Business, Sales, Finance, Management or Hospitality industry backgrounds
- Bilingual is a plus
- Finance background is a plus, but not necessary, as we offer a full training program
