SUMMARY:

The AR-Annexation and Implementation Department is a specialized department within Accounts Receivable that handles association issues pertaining to unsold lots. This position is responsible for processing property transactions between builders and homeowners, and assisting in the builder billing process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Process first-time property closing transactions between builder and homeowner, including move-out of builder and move-in of new owner and updates in all office and accounting systems.

* Monitor builder assessment security bonds, including review, approval or denial of bond release requests.

* Coordinate retention of electronic images of all closing documents.

* Prepare special billings and reconciliations as requested.

* Coordinate tracking and distribution of fiscal year-end budgets.

* Deliver professional and courteous customer service to external and internal clients.

* Support community management in builder-related issues as needed.

* Follows quality system procedures.

* Excellent attendance and timely for work and meetings.

* Professionalism exhibited in dress and demeanor.

* Adherence to service principle.

* Use of forms and procedures established by the company.

* Write correspondence to the standards established by the company.

* Organization of workspace.

* Attendance at all mandatory company functions.

* Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Strong accounting skills particularly accounts receivable.

* Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word and Outlook).

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School degree preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

* Proficient in English.

* Bilingual Spanish helpful.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

* Excellent general math skills.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to determine next level involvement for problem resolution.

Must demonstrate good judgment and critical thinking skills.
