Small-sized Law Firm is in need of a bookkeeper. The candidate will be the sole bookkeeper for our Law Firm. Will handle client billing, A/P, A/R and deposits, P&L and internal reports to owner and tax/financial information support to CPA. LAW FIRM ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

Candidate should have a positive "will do" attitude, stable job history, 5+ years of accounting, be comfortable as a stand-alone bookkeeper in a fast paced environment. Strong Excel skills a necessity. Only well-organized individuals should apply. Must be a quick learner.

Our prospective team member should do well in communicating verbally and by email, and have the requisite understanding of accounting principles. As part of our procedure, we check stated education and verify job history.
